| 602519 | 2007-10-17 17:52:00 | I do a newsletter which I send out in .pdf format. One club member (who has a Mac computer) cant read this looks like gobbley gook. :( I convert my original Publisher files to .pdf format using pdf995. Any ideas as to what might be wrong that we (either her or me) can fix? And sorry, I should have asked her which OS she uses, but I didn't. Of note, is that another club member who also has a Mac has no problems (he will certainly have the latest software for his Mac). |

| 602520 | 2007-10-17 18:57:00 | They are probably using OS 9 as OS X will open PDF files in preview or safari They may have to download and install Adobe Reader If they already have it installed save the PDF to the desktop and Open the file from within Adobe. |
