| 603953 | 2007-10-21 20:36:00 | First, Microsoft has been useless in terms of help with this by redirecting me to NZ Microsoft who then didn't reply. My problem is activating MS Reader so that I can read a book I bought on fictionwise.com. Despite all attempts and reading ALL help pages when I try to activate MS Reader I get kicked into: >Activation Error >You must install the Activation ActiveX control before you can activate. I logged on as administrator and have created a Passport account. I am running Vista 64bit. Can anyone help? |
