603815 2007-10-21 06:11:00 I had attempted previously to install CS3, and failed.
I tried to re-install it, and come up with the message, in a panel called "system check". <adobe photoshop CS3 cannot be installed because of conflict with:--adobe photoshop CS3.> I have removed every reference I can locate mentioning CS3 or photoshop 10, (my clever daughter has delved into the registry and removed seemingly hundreds of references to cs3 or ps10).We can find now no trace of cs3 on the computer, but it still won't re-install, same message comes up. What next, please, anyone.
(windows, XP pro, all usual anti spam, spyware etc, installed)

603816 2007-10-21 06:13:00 I have run into issues with installing the 30-day trial version of CS3. It seemed to conflict with Avast Antivirus, as it was the only thing I had installed on a clean WinXP system. somebody (208)

Everything MEANS EVERYTHING.

You can allways turn it all back on.
