| 603246 | 2007-10-20 09:40:00 | www.imagef1.net.nz is what my device manager looks like. All the lights on the modem work fine. Theres the BIG problem - none of the Motherboard drivers are installed. You need to install ALL the drivers for that Board, either from the CD that came with the board, or go to the manufactures site, and locate your board and download /install them. EVERY THING - Chipset, Audio, LAN, graphic if its on board, or from the manufactures site if its a graphic card. If its a name brand PC you need to go to the Manufactures site and locate the model. |

| 603247 | 2007-10-20 09:53:00 | For some reason, I could use both - the drivers, and just run it straight from connecting it. EDIT: The IPs in the PM won't work for me. Downloading drivers for my motherboard is going to take hella time on dialup. Which one(s) should I get? I don't wanna waste a severe amount of time downloading unneeded stuff. www.amd.com |

You need your motherboard drivers, you should have a CD with these on, usually with the name of your motherboard (Asus, Gigabyte, MSI etc), (or chipset type (VIA, Intel, SIS or something similar)on it, youll need to take the side off your case to read this off the motherboard (just telling us what the Central Processing Unit (CPU) is, is not enough information) :) Or is it a branded computer (Dell etc)? Wainuitech asked you all this earlier, please do this so we can help  |

Other items prob wont work, look at the device manager and you should see ? on items not installed. USB drivers are totally different to the remainder of drivers. I'd be surprised if Audio, Ethernet etc are working. you have only done a 1/3 rd of the job.:groan: |

| 603253 | 2007-10-20 21:18:00 | you have only done a 1/3 rd of the job.:groan: And I thought only doing 1/2 a job was bad  For your PC to function as it is supposed to, you NEED all drivers installed. |
