605113 2007-10-25 03:59:00 Hey - I'm really confused.

I've got no sound coming from my computer, neither through headphones or on the speaker inside the computer.

I havve checked the Sound options in Control Panel, checked the volume controls in the standard screen in windows (the little speaker in the taskbar), have checked device manager and all hardware is working ok, what on earth could it be?

Have you checked in every possible place that somethings not Muted. and have you tried a different set of speakers (dont laugh - it happens) but are the speakers/headphones plugged into the right hole ?

605117 2007-10-26 09:16:00 If your still missing your sounds, when you try to set the sounds in Control Panel, does a warning of " SNDVol 32" or something similar come up?
If so, try Googling " SndVol 32" & you should get a reply in M$ knowledge Base to try & repair the problem, cheers
