604880 2007-10-24 09:39:00 I have an odd icon which has replaced the normal house icon beside my homepage URL for NZCity. I have contacted the website and they say its not theirs.
It is a black and white cartoon style head of a stork or maybe a bald eagle.
I have changed to a new home page and the normal house icon is there. I have googled the former homepage website and the icon reappears in front of the URL.
Im worried this is a new type of virus I havent heard of?
How can I clean it out? Any suggestions please?

604888 2007-10-24 11:10:00 Apteryx, clear your internet cache & then you should be able to get the correct icon.

What sometimes happens is that another sites icon overwrite one of them & that why you get a different icon then the one your use to.

I Hope this helps :)

604889 2007-10-24 11:18:00 Thanks guys. I do follow the FAQ#7 instructions, but (now I feel really thick cos) my save as type menu wont allow me to save solely as .jpg, it insists on adding.doc/html/xml etc after it so it wont load. Apteryx (294)
