Will Dell refund me? PC was purchased late-June. Regards mustang14a If its a faulty product / component and not damged by rough use/abuse then the warranty should be fine. If its a warranty issue, call Dell to find where to get it looked at / fixed. Being purchased in June, doubt if you would get a refund, but they have to fix it. |

| 606003 | 2007-10-28 07:06:00 | 1) Will it boot if you take the battery out, and just use the laptop on the AC adapter? 2) Is there any evidence of the battery actually overheating? In any case, ring them - they'll probably send a technician around to fix it. They're really good about this sort of thing (they sent a technician out to replace my laptop motherboard on-site when rang about the Centrino "buzzing" noise) - I have an Inspiron 640m. |
