| 1420565 | 2016-05-15 00:47:00 | I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro running windows 7 which is not registering the letter z nor the slash symbol. (To show a z requires copying the letter from another document and pasting it into the doc i am writing!) Oh and the arrow keys are not working either, requiring the postioning of the mouse to position the cursor. can anyone suggest a fix for me please. (Just discovered the shift-query key does not work either.) |
