Well if my printer issue was anything to go by, a whole heap of shagging around. Round and round in circles with the useless ph people, missing the point totally, then when it finally got escalated months later, a whole lot of shirking by them. In the end I filed a Disputes Case at which point they finally refunded me and I have avoided thier **** ever since. Which is not say this is a bad idea - buying something from DSE, just who the agents will be when you need to make a warranty claim....Hp - meh. |
