Also pending as of this morning: Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3152599) Have tried with flash disabled and enabled in browser. |

| 1419958 | 2016-05-12 18:26:00 | I think its graphics driver related to hardware acceleration. Try loading flash intensive page and see if that triggers it. Check windows updates see if there an optional WDM driver? |

| 1419959 | 2016-05-12 23:29:00 | Flash intensive pages triggering the error was my thought too...Pages with lots of ads etc. I wasn't able to generate the error. It seems to do it only when it wants to. There are no other updates available on Windows update. Edit: just as I was about to post...BAM!... error message! |
