| 1415215 | 2016-02-01 01:11:00 | Once on a visit to the UK two bills for internal flights in the USA were added to my Visa, which I queried with Visa when I retuned to NZ and found them on my statement. They were helpful but I didn't feel they were treating it with the seriousness I felt was pertinent so I visited my Bank and discussed with them and it was all resolved within 24 hours. It could have been coincidence but it happened and that was for a similar amount to yours |

| 1415218 | 2016-02-01 03:49:00 | You get it back, you get half. Not a bad little earner. Can I play too? I rather fancy my chances and even if I never got the money Id have caused them $700 worth of pain for their trouble. :) However, do you still have the receipt you signed? The reason I ask is you can bet your bottom dollar this isnt a One Off and there is information on your receipt that may identify just how this scam was organised. It may well be that your card was skimmed for instance. But regardless of what you personally can be bothered doing, you should notify the area policing unit, who, by now, probably have a file on these guys that a kangaroo couldnt jump over in which case you may get your money back if they are found to have committed fraud or theft as opposed to your carelessness. |
