| 607196 | 2007-11-01 00:59:00 | hi all - ive got cable and have a net meter running it says i have a d/l speed of 10kb/s to 13kb/s when im idle -im running vista but have xp installed as dual boot and tryed that its still doing it there- so i tryed a live cd of linux it still doing it there- i tryed disabling all my oped ports and still no luck ive got nod 32 and spyware doctor running is this just a normal cable thing | rawkus1020 (9720) | ||

Assuming the Linux live CD is running on the same machine as Vista, that is. You don't have any other PCs networked do you? Do you have a third party firewall installed on Vista? |
