| 608794 | 2007-11-07 17:39:00 | in light of your last post it does infact sound like your computer stuffing up no spyware/adware/updates running in background? Can't see how there can be - brand new computer - and only thing installed when I tried download IE7 were the drives off the asus CD ... Though I do have to say ... secretly .... the copy of XP on there is downloaded corp version. I have a xp cd key from a copy I did buy but I lost the CD and I saw the corp 'no activation' version had more seeds than the normal XP version, so I am wondering if it is that???? If anyone has an XP cd that they can copy for me, I'll pay them for the postage and the blank CD - keeping in mind this shouldn't be illegal as I have my CD sitting right next to me actually and have bought XP but just lost the cd :( But to answer your question - the likelyhood of any 'ill' program on the computer? 99.999% against. Unless its windows ofc :P |
