609744 2007-11-09 05:02:00 I have sent several messages to @paradise.net.nz addresses, via Xtras SMTP server over the last day. For each of these emails, I have received the following email back from Xtras Mail administrator. Anyone getting this from sending to paradise email addresses from an xtra email account. I do think that the paradise email user has received my email anyway, but it is an annoying email to recieve.

Mail System Delivery Report "Mail Administrator" <Postmaster@xtra.co.nz>

As part of the delivery process, your message was relayed to a machine
which does not handle delivery status notifications. As a result, it
is not possible to determine whether the message will get to its final
destination.

609745 2007-11-09 21:01:00 Had a customer ask this the other day who had a similar problem . After ringing Xtra who said there was no problems about an hour later it Magically fixed it's self

May pay to call Xtra if it does'nt come right .

Dumb question time - is it only 1 particular email address at paradsie you are sending to (and is it correctly addressed) or every Paradise email address ?

609746 2007-11-09 22:38:00 Can you turn off requesting email receipts and see if that helps? Greg (193)

It was all 3 different paradise email addresses, that returned the error, out of the 3 emails I sent . I haven't emailed the addresses again, but I will contact xtra if it does reoccur .

I don't know if you can, as the error message is sent via xtra. It is not one of those read receipts that you set up in Outlook, which I have turned off anyway.
