| 609154 | 2007-11-07 06:40:00 | Hi there Is there anyway I can use Paintshop pro or Photoshop CS2 to convert say landscape photos into some like a picture image in a comic, where the minute detail is glossed over with simple lines defining borders act as boundaries for colour fill. Ive seen some flash adverts where it appears this has occured, a house backyard with a timber slat fence is depicted with only minor colour deviations, lawn appears uniform green throughout, etc... Thanks John in Mosgiel. |

| 609157 | 2007-11-07 10:19:00 | Try Sympsonizer. Our good friend Bob_Doe_NZ says this: www.simpsonizeme.com You need to start with a large image say around 1024x768, full frontal, portrait and you need to remove the background... Like so (imagef1.net.nz) Upload it and fingers crossed it will work. It's quiet picky |

Thanks John in Mosgiel. One of the filters in Photoshop CS2 will do it, under the "Artistic" menu. You may need to pass it through several different filters to get the desired effect. |
