| 609397 | 2007-11-08 18:26:00 | Worked it out lol Updated the BIOS and the SoundMax software and then when I went back into the software it said that if I want to used the back panel for only 2.1 speakers, it had to swap the number of channels and after that it worked strait away. Sorry guys, dumb mistake but it didn't do that with the older version Good to see its going now, Its not a dumb mistake, sometimes setting can do strange things. The Manufactures sometmes "Improve things":rolleyes: and it actually makes it worse. What annoys me is if you purcahse a new Motherboard, the first thing you SHOULDN'T have to do is upgrade the BIOS. Its almost as if the product is "not working right" with the software supplied at the time. |

| 609398 | 2007-11-08 22:55:00 | Prob because they want to push either products out as fast as possible and don't really care how well it is functioning because they know they can mix it later on. But then do keep in mind - my board was manufactured on the 10/6/2007 and i didn't buy it till a week ago, so it has been sitting somewhere for awhile and alot of updates *could* have been realised in that time to inprove things, better than having to wait from the 10th of June for each realise to come out lol | Pourhommenz (104) | ||
