| 610447 | 2007-11-11 01:52:00 | I'm with XTRA and they suck! Youtube videos takes ages to load and I always lag when I'm gaming online. Plus when I browse other sites they take longer than normal to download. Who do you recommend as a good, reliable and fast internet service provider? |

Consumer has just rated them in terms of satisfaction. Xtra is right at the bottom, way behind everyone else (except Vodafone). Inspire is top, followed by Actrix, Maxnet, Infogen, Orcon, ICONZ, XNet, Farmside, Paradise, Clear, Slingshot, Kiwi Online, Ihug, Whoosh, Vodafone, All Xtra in that order. Both the latter two are below average, Whoosh is slightly above the average line. These ratings are overall for Broadband and Dialup. For Broadband alone, Actrix and Inspire are top. |

It will not matter who you are with, Youtube will still take a few mins to fully download (unless you can get a cable connection) When you says: Plus when I browse other sites they take longer than normal to download How do you mean?, how long do they take to load? (Have you check to see if it’s not an issue with your computer?, like have you cleared out your internet cache etc… etc…?) ( also there is a chance it’s the server end that’s the reason why sites download slow) |
