Shouldn't be needed, there's no moving head having to seek. The flash memory has a controller that allocates memory locations so as to even out usage. |

I never needed to honestly even on my 4 GB Flash drive. They're usually very fast and responsive and defragging isn't really needed. but I see no harm in doing it if u feel it's better. |

MaXimus is right, generally no need, although there's nothing stopping you.
I occasionally remove all the data, format mine, then copy it all back... |
