| 610469 | 2007-11-11 03:36:00 | I haxe an Asus PB5-E motherboard with an Intel core 2 duo extreme x6800 cpu. Can I replace the M/B with Asus P5E Motherboard, Socket 775, 1600MHz FSB, Can the pcu run faster on this. The PB5-E is an 800 fsb. Will there be a noticeable improvement? Also I have 2 gb of ddr2 800 memory. Will swapping it with 1000 memory will the speed increase justify the cost? |
