| 611084 | 2007-11-13 01:28:00 | Hi, Can any one tell me why I can't access the folders mark with a black arrow on top of it in Users Folders( C:\Users\Smith\Application Data,My Music, My Picture, My Videos,My Document,NetHood etc, etc.) of Window Vista. When I click on the folder mark with a black arrow, a small window shows up saiying: Location is not available-C:\Users\Smith\Application Data is not accessible.-Access is denied. Can any one help please! Thank you. |

| 611091 | 2007-11-14 09:33:00 | Hi, linw, They are real folders (in Vista ultimate), After I take control the ownership of the folders, I can open and view some of them but there still some of them show up the error messages "Access is denied" Why is this? Because you can open and view all the folders in Window Explorer of XP. Thanks. |
