Well if you do want the card badly, then he's giving you quite a good offer and like Trev said, you'd generally be covered by the CGA so go for it :) |

The US doesn't seem to have anything like the CGA. Many retailer warranties are only for something like 30 days then it's over to you v's the manufacturer. |

You could always ask the BBB to look into the problem if there is something really untoward. |
