| 612780 | 2007-11-18 19:46:00 | Dear All I seem to have acquired a virus that is preventing my start menu and task bar coming up after turning my computer on. When I log in I am simply faced with a blank screen and also one window open in my documents - hence why I am still able to access the internet, however I have no start menu, no sidebar and no desktop icons. If anyone could please help me that would be greatfully appreciated. :badpc: |

And copy and paste the log here. Or get trojan remover in my sig below, install it run it. Click on scan. HOW do u know its a virus? |
