| 611842 | 2007-11-15 21:45:00 | I've got a HP DAT72 USB tape drive & the clean light is on, but when I insert the cleaning tape (HP DDS C5709A) it spits it right out again instead of cleaning the drive. After spending an hour on hold with HP, they told me I had the wrong number & the number they gave me went to pavilion desktop support :mad: |
