"Entering Suspend Mode"
"Saving on board memory data"
then appears to shut down.
How can you change this setting and if the setting cannot be changed what possibly could be the problem? Where can you get batteries for this model?

611821 2007-11-16 05:48:00 Isn't suspending the same as hibernating? In which case it should "appear" as if its shut down but actually have saved the current state to the HDD. Therefore it should startup quicker next time and reopen any previously open programs.

If Windows XP or Vista: Do you still have the hibernation files on your computer or did you delete them?
