613638 2007-11-21 18:09:00 Quite possible to repair in photoshop. Quite a MAJOR job though. If you have the original print then as sweep said you want a good scan with a GOOD scanner possible one that can run ICE dust etc removal to start with.

The better the scan to start with the better the end result.

Go into a Bookseller and take a look at Dec/Jan D-Photo magazine Pages 70-73. A photo restoration section there this month.

I used the digital cam noise removal option first .

Then used scratch removal to remove the line .

Then brushed over the line . And that removed it

Not the clone option .
