If what Speedy says doesn't work, start the PC in safe Mode, - keep hitting F8 till you get the black screen with white writing, use the arrow keys select "safe Mode" when it starts, select "Administrator" go into Device manager and see if it will change to region 4 Which IS NZ. - Reboot. Note: It should change without a DVD - just changed one of mine to Region2 and back again - no worries, didn't ask for a DVD. |
