| 613966 | 2007-12-01 21:56:00 | Looks like problem is solved. recieved the new GEIL DDR2 ram today. Put them in in dual channel mode, and no more crashes!! Dont know if the OCZ RAM is faulty, or just incompatable (though they were listed on the Gigabyte website as being compatable!). Only difference between the two different RAM are the timings, GEIL is 5 5 5 15 while the OCZ was 4 4 4 15. Thanks for all the help on here, one happy bunny here!!!! regards Peter:thumbs: |
