| 614290 | 2007-11-23 07:59:00 | Has anybody thought of replacing the noisy North Bridge chipset cooler. Mines about 100 degrees Celsius. Nforce 4 Ultra aluminum heatsink with small fan running on 6000rpm. Im considering to get a zalman flower fanless northbridge cooler it can drop 25 degrees. Reduce noise. |

It should never get that hot and it won't last long at that temp. More likely, it's around 70 which might be OK for a full load temperature but is still a bit hot. How's the airflow in your case? Do you have properly thought-out inflows and outflows of air or just a bunch of fans which could be working against each other? |
