615302 2007-11-26 04:34:00 the error code is C00D109B nerd (109)
615303 2007-11-26 04:36:00 Mp3..shouldn't need a codec. Defnintley an audio file?

Anyway, though, download k-lite (www.free-codecs.com) and see if that fixes it.

615304 2007-11-26 04:36:00 You sure it isnt an mpeg file / Video file?

Ive never heard of WMP asking for a codec for an MP3 file.

Just checked that error in google, I would say its a movie / video file, not an MP3 file.

615305 2007-11-26 04:44:00 when i checked the file extention it says mp3 but its 10mb isnt that too big for an audio file? nerd (109)
615306 2007-11-26 04:46:00 Nothing's too big for an audio file. A 5 minute song encoded in 320kbps will be about that big. Try k-lite codex. See if that works. wratterus (105)
615307 2007-11-26 04:47:00 it sounds a bit bit, unless its some kind of remix MP3.

Someone may have changed it from a video file to MP3 (the extension).

It could have been mpg
