1421028 2016-06-01 21:11:00 Windows 10, or more to the point EDGE, doesn't store favourites the same way as IE does. IE will Still save them in the favourites folder under your user name folder, but Edge saves them in a single file.

To get to it press the windows Key +R which opens the run command,type ( or better still copy/paste) this path and click OK

%LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8w ekyb3d8bbwe\AC\MicrosoftEdge\User\Default\DataStor e\Data\nouser1\120712-0049\DBStore\

There will be a data base file called spartan.edb That's your favourites.

I get very frustrated at my inability to make instructions work. Solved the problem anyway. Activated IE11. All works good. Will address the problem again later.
