Wouldnt really bother with Quicktime now since Apple no longer support it for windows

I would run Winzip manually

Groovemonitor doesnt have to run on startup. Secunia doesnt have to run on startup

If you open task manager then go to startup, it'll tell you what entries have an impact on startup

I would uninstall Adaware 		Speedy Gonzales (78)

in Task Manager the startup impact has only two rules, low and not measured
Groove Monitor and secunia now disabled
I'll go through the list and change the status of some then see what differences are made

1421382 2016-06-04 12:12:00 I have never seen so many start-up entries, some are duplicates.
I would disable the whole lot, then just enable for programs that you need. Most of these can be started manually.
You should not have more than approx six entries.
Are you using Avast and Defender at the same time?
Before you remove any entries I suggest you make a backup image of C drive. 		mzee (3324)
