At least one company was in the news a while back for banning staff going to the toilet outside of the assigned breaks , and I think there was 4 hours between breaks . You could argue that management would then have to install enough new toilets for all staff to go at the same time , stupid union could have stopped it with that . Boss of one company I worked for tried that as well, untill the the warehouse manger told him what a stupid idea it was . Its a great way to alienate staff & destroy company morale . Good for business I guess . |
