| 616674 | 2007-11-30 03:48:00 | Yea sorry didn't read your post correctly :D I would start by removing all cards etc and unplugging all HDDs / optical drives and just trying the board, PSU, RAM and graphics card to see if you get anything. |

| 616676 | 2007-11-30 04:02:00 | One reason why it wont turn on is some mobos support either 1.5v or 3.3v AGP cards. If its the wrong voltage, what youre seeing can happen (it wont turn on). I know this applies to ASUS mobos, it says it in the manual. I would check what voltage the AGP port supports, and what the voltage of the AGP card is. It can actually fry the AGP port, if its the wrong voltage. |

Almost forgot, have you remembered to connect the extra 4-pin power connector to the mainboard that provides the power for the CPU? Looking at the photos you provided, it is right next to the first RAM socket on the right. |

| 616678 | 2007-11-30 04:24:00 | OK Power is all connected and I cleared the CMOS. The manual says 1.5v and 0.8v AGP cards do not use 3.3v. Can take 4x or 8x also can do AGP pro 50 cards but mines not. Dont no what the volts is on the graphics card. Update: Power supply is ok as i had it going in this before mobo change and its a very new PSU. |
