615567 2007-11-27 05:31:00 I have a computer with xp home on a 80igig drive, primary & 3 logical partitions.
For some reason when xp was installed it chose "F" as the drive number. If I try to change it to "C" I am told that "windows can not change the letter on a system partition". I can change all the others no problem. There is no "C" at the moment.

It works ok but is a nuisance when installing software.

615568 2007-11-27 20:43:00 That happens when you have existing partitions, you delete C: and reinstall WIndows.
Never delete C:
Just Boot Corrector is what you need to get.
