| 615697 | 2007-12-04 19:55:00 | You know it doesn't really matter if it was bought used or not. Go onto Seagates website and click on the warranty checker. It will tell you if there's any left on it. And they do have a 5 year warranty. If it does, then you can RMA directly to Seagate in SIngapore. I've done that before - -doesn't take very long at all. They give instructions on the packaging requirements and address etc. |
