616221 2007-11-29 05:18:00 Hey i just went out and brought a new micro sd for my motorola v360v phone. i placed the song into the "audio" folder and then disconnected it.

i went to play it on my phone but then it says, "file format not suported"

i am putting on MP3 music.

got any ideas?:help:

616229 2007-11-30 00:26:00 Uh i know what the problem is!

You need to convert eh MP3 file, to another "smaller" MP3 file, and it will work.
You can do this through Windows Media Player, in the Sync options, go to your phone, and then advanced options, untick the "automactically select best format ..." and then use the drag slide to choose the bit rate you want.
After you have done this and transferred the music, it should work.
