You never ring one and ask questions, you ring and explain things slowly and thoroughly in simple terms so they eventually get it. Then you tell them what they need to go do about it. Then you resort to swearing. To be fair, most companies are now outsourcing to low wage countries. Consumers demand cheap prices, and it is a result of competition, where the comapny has to slash costs to compete, and a large cost is employing people. |
