| 618917 | 2007-12-10 03:30:00 | Has it played previous DVD discs from PCWorld OK? If so, perhaps its just a bad disc and should be replaced (Just email / ring PCWorld)? I would be inclined to try flashing firmware thou, they're cheap drives and its helped a number of customers Ive done it for. |

| 618919 | 2007-12-10 05:16:00 | You can try this - go to the Drive letter in Windows Explorer and right clicking on it. Go to Properties; Click on Recording; Check "Enable CD recording on this drive". If it wasn't clicked before this may fix it. I know you are not trying to record on these DVD's but it can have an effect sometimes the way the drive behaves. |
