Nothing wrong with ringing MS up, a lot of people change mobos etc, and ring them, so XP can be activated. Well, you'll have to ring them, or else you wont get into XP after 30 days. It'll lock you out. Usually it drops off, after 3 - 6 mths anyway. From the day you activate XP. |

This time I just key in the number from my phone keypad and the a set of confirmation numbers were given to me. Keyed in this number to my activation screen, next, and my Windows is activated! :) Now, do I have to keep this set of confirmation number for my next reinstallation should the need arises? |
