| 618441 | 2007-12-07 08:12:00 | 2 x 1gb ddr400 ram would help alot.So you can run in dual channel.:) You could do a little overclock on the cpu from your 1.8ghz to 2 ghz, which would help as well. Check out www.pricespy.co.nz for good prices on computer parts in nz.:thumbs: Check out this for a cheap upgrade from your 7600GT from pricespy or if you had more money you could of course do better. GeForce 7900 GS 256MB, PCI Express $184.39 :) |

Intel P4 though with 2g ram, Radeon x600 pro, at least I know that much, XPpro operating system . Game ran really well initially and son and I were enthralled with the graphics AND GAMEPLAY . One day the game would not start and we got error message "please insert oririginal disk" . We reinstalled game and it ran well again for a while, then the same thing happened . Yes we did install the patch . Now the game just wont start at all . But get this . . . . none of our EA games will . BATTLEFIELD 2 is the same . Even Command and Conquer which we have played for ages without a problem . Moreover the latest PC free disk wont start either . . . . becaUSE it has an EA game on it . . yes a Crysis demo . CD drive indicates no disk has been inserted . This is weird . . . . all other games by LucasArts, Sierra and ubisoft still play well . The problem is confined solely to EA games! What have we done? Why should all EA games have crashed after installing Crysis and why would the game have run so well for so long, then crash and cause problems with all EA softwARE??? |

Try deleting all your temp files . There might be something in there that is causing the games not to load . (Worked when I had problems with Tiger Woods 2002) . |
