| 619768 | 2007-12-10 12:00:00 | I sold CDMA phones for Telecom when they first came in. We told customers how glorious they were, and that they would last forever. Bahahaha... |

| 619769 | 2007-12-10 19:14:00 | I personally feel that the CDMA technology is way better than GSM but it's a technology that may have come too late.. At least TCNZ has give 5 years where as telstra gave about 12 months notice if they are aloud to turn off CDMA in Feb 2008 | paulw (1826) | ||

| 619771 | 2007-12-11 08:30:00 | I find CDMA to CDMA communication to be rock solid and always clear . On the other hand, when talking to Vodafone (TDMA) calls are plagued by echo effects, signal drop outs and dropped calls . I don't know if that is a CDMA to TDMA problem, or if it also happens TDMA to TDMA . Anybody care to comment? Cheers Billy 8-{) |

| 619773 | 2007-12-12 01:16:00 | when i went to australia in october, my CDMA phone wouldnt work properly then - it could get the correct time but nothing else, i went to the phone shop and the guy said that they were dropping the CDMA network in Jan as an excuse to try and get my phone working. my 027 is now in half due to an accident so I'm on vodafone now and found that it has better reception when going out of town, im not sure if it's the type of phone (nokia) that gets the better signal or the network. | Jimmy D (2061) | ||
