| 621176 | 2007-12-14 09:58:00 | I've been a little cheap and taken a whole bunch of unused ethernet cards from work and I'm trying to find one that'll work on my comp. They've all come up as working, flashin lights etc. They all say they're working online etc. but I can't get them to recieve packets, only send them. I'm on cable if that's any help. The weird thing is though, that the other day when I tried with some other ones I could only receive packets... heaps of them. Help? |

Going directly to the modem, but trying to install it as I want to be able to connect a wireless router, then wire this pc to that. I'm not sure if it's an IP thing. does that sound likely? | Thebananamonkey (7741) | ||
