| 621004 | 2007-12-14 00:20:00 | We run 2 laptops but have one email address. Transfering emails from Compaq laptop to Dell laptop via USB thumb drive can be done by drag & drop but transfer from Dell to Compaq using same USB drive needs item to be opened in Outlook on Dell and saved as Outlook Message Format so that it can be opened on Compaq. Dell runs Office 2003 small Business Edition while Compaq runs Office XP Home Edition. Is there anything I can do to make darg & drop work from Dell to Compaq. (Probably more importantly Office 2003 SBE to Office XP) :badpc: |

| 621007 | 2007-12-14 01:36:00 | Sorry, export/import doesn't do it either. The inport wizard on the Compaq Outlook XP, can see the USB drive but can't see any files on it. I should have mentioned the error message on the Compaq "The messaging interface has returned an unknown error" Said to restart Outlook but that doesn't make any difference. |
