620968 2007-12-13 21:54:00 Hi
Since I intalled Vista premium on my computer I can't run Adobe Reader, Flashplayer and Shockwave. I've uninstalled and installed the lastest versions but Windows always tells me there is a problem and will let me know when a fix is available. Any idea what could be happening? Thanks

Email Adobe and your Computer brand about the issue

1) Is this a genuine version of Vista?
2) Are you downloading the latest, genuine versions of the Adobe software?
3) Have you had Vista download the latest updates?

I run Vista, and have never had any problems installing those apps.

620972 2008-01-11 02:57:00 Yes its the genuine article. Its actually Vista Ultimate and I've had it verified by Microsoft when I was sorting out something else. Mabvuto (13153)
620973 2008-01-11 03:31:00 Cant you try an alternative program like Foxit Reader to replace Adobe to make sure that pdf's actually do work. I have all 3 of the programs in question on Vista HP and they work fine. beeswax34 (63)
