622868 2007-12-19 08:24:00 Hi all

I have just recieved a 'Belkin Wireless 802.11g Wireless Router' and have set it up with the wireless PCs at our home. The Internet is fully functional on all machines (in fact I'm typing this without wires :)).

What I want to do is be able to access files/folders on each PC. I've tried running \\ComputerName and going to My Network Places, selcteing View Workgroup Computers to no avail. What am i doing wrong?

Secondly, how can I share the USB printer on one of the machines?

The PCs run either XP Home SP2 or XP Pro SP2.

Thanks!

622870 2007-12-19 08:28:00 Just configure it the same way as if it were Ethernet.

Create / share a folder. DON'T share the whole hdd.

Make sure the workgroups have the same name.

Right mouse on the printer / properties / sharing. Tick share this printer.

Go to the networked PC/s, and add printer.
