| 622774 | 2007-12-19 06:28:00 | Hey guys, I'm currently looking at upgrading my graphics card to a new one. Any recommendations for an AGP interface card. I've looked at a few and the XFX GeForce 7900GS is the one that appeals to me. Is this card any good? Or are there other recommendations out there? Also, what do you think the performance increase from a FX5200 to a 7900GS will be? Thanks |

I guess I better start saving for a new pc xD Well since I now know the best AGP graphics, the new question now is what's a good budget PCI-E graphics card? (If I should ever upgrade to PCI-E) I read online that directx 10.1 is coming out, and that current cards won't support it. Is this true? If so, I would prefer to save and purchase a decent directx 10.1 compatible card rather than purchase an expensive directx 10 card to find out that it won't support new games... |

Hence the reason why I want to upgrade my current AGP...I can't wait that long for a new system + card :( Get X1950 Pro AGP. Well if that's the best AGP graphics...but it's Ati brand....what's the best nvidia AGP? |

| 622779 | 2007-12-19 21:54:00 | Well, the best is actually X1950XT AGP. Availability of it is another story altogether. nVidia's best AGP is probably the 7900GS. |
