623421 2007-12-21 09:28:00 Recently I had to do a repair up date to my Windows XP, and have successfully reinstalled "Windows Genuine Advantage Validation Tool" and all my security updates etc. My computer is working well, other than any downloaded video material (wmv) using either Real player or Windows Media Player 9 is unreadable as it is in psychedelic colours, but audio from these downloads are ok. Can anyone help me get back to decent video production please? Devie Boy (12457)
623422 2007-12-21 12:58:00 Have you installed motherboard drivers and your video card? Sweep (90)
623423 2007-12-21 20:50:00 If all drivers are installed as Sweep Mentioned - try installing K-Lite (www.free-codecs.com) codecs.

You can also try using VideoLan (http://www.videolan.org/) Media Player if the others wont work.
