623876 2007-12-23 09:00:00 Why won't kbd work with new batteries whilst mouse is fine.
Is a couple of years old and no hassles before.
When I hit connect button underneath, green battery light flashes but no life in kbd !
Xp sp2
Merry Xmas

623877 2007-12-23 09:43:00 Have you tried pushing the connect button on the receiver first, and then push the connect button on the keyboard - in that order? Jen (38)
623878 2007-12-23 10:05:00 I've just had the same sort of drama. I ended up uninstalling the setpoint software with Your uninstaller, you have to pay for it, then cleaning the registry with ccleaner, free, & registryfix, you have to pay for it, then using system restore to the first date before the problem & re insatalling setpoint from the original cd & all was well. It seem Logitech are having problems with software updates. If you Google you'll see nothing but problems Phil B (648)

623880 2007-12-23 21:04:00 Glad you got it sorted. I had a bit of fun connecting up my wireless Logitech keyboard until I realised the order of button pushing was crucial. :waughh: Jen (38)
