| 623653 | 2007-12-23 01:51:00 | Encarta Reseacher Project. They get created when you use - Encarta Researcher, surprisingly.... However any other program could create a .ERP file for anything, doesn't need to be encarta. You could open them with notepad and see if you can see anything of use inside |
