| 1422125 | 2016-06-20 05:17:00 | Hi everyone I have just purchased a new laptop and im trying to play music with windows media player but I keep getting a message that says The license cannot be downloaded because your Web browser is not supported. To download a license, you must install Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or later. To install the latest version of Internet Explorer, see the Windows Update page. Im somewhat confused as Im running windows 10 I do use chome for my web browsing though if that makes a difference I have an iphone that i downloaded some of my music onto and I wonder if that changed the format it has a blue box with a circle in it The music wont play in groove,media player or VlC media player Any ideas appreciated thanks peter |

| 1422126 | 2016-06-20 05:27:00 | Looks like some people fixed this prob by making IE the default browser (well I dont think they had a choice) That's what that error means. Chrome doesn't support whatever you're trying to do |

| 1422132 | 2016-06-20 06:21:00 | Umm so you synced WMA files to the Iphone?? You didn't get it / them through Itunes tho did you? According to some sites, unless you convert WMA to a format Iphones can play it can't play it. Iphones dont support WMA |
